Game of Thrones season 8: 'She needs to show up' Arya Stark to be SAVED by this character?

Game of Thrones season eight is the final season of the show and tonight saw the third episode air on HBO, and it was the big one.

Tonight’s episode was the much-anticipated Battle of Winterfell, and it saw the Night King and his army of the dead attempt to seize Winterfell.

However, Jon Snow (played by Kit Harrington) and co put up quite a fight, yet they did end up finding themselves in a very difficult poison against the most formidable foe they’ve ever faced.

It saw Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) end up in extreme peril, yet fans have since suggested that her old direwolf, Nymeria, could end up returning to save the day.

Many fans took to Twitter to suggest one of the last of the Stark’s six pups could end up retuning to save everybody with her army of direwolves.

One fan wrote: “Need Nimeria to show up with her pack.”

Another added: “This shit is too much y’all. WHERE THE F*** IS NYMERIA.”

One more said: “Praying Nymeria reunites with Arya and saves the day.”

One suggested: “As impossible as it may be, I need Nymeria to appear and rescue Arya. She has an entire wolf army.”

“Even though she won’t do anything at all, I really do hope Arya’s pup Nymeria makes an entrance at some point to try to save the day or her,” added one more fan.

“Nymeria this is an excellent time for a reunion with Arya and your pack!” wrote one Twitter user.

One more fan said: “I get the feeling Ghost will come back along with Nymeria and her pack.”

Another viewer said: “Okay.. so my theory is that ghost disappeared because he went to go get Nymeria & her army to come in at the end & save the day a la the battle of the bastards & helm’s deep.. we shall see.”

This came after fans were devastated to see that Jon Snow’s direwolf, Ghost, might have died during the Battle of Winterfell.

Ghost was with the soldiers at the beginning of the episode and wasn’t seen again, and fans were worried that the direwolf was killed in the battle.

Many of these fans took to Twitter to mourn the loss of the direwolf, who’s one of the last of the Stark’s six pups.

One fan tweeted: “MEU GHOST NAOOOOOOO.”

Another added: “Oh man please tell me the wolf survived.”

A third wrote: “GHOST!”

Game of Thrones continues Sunday on HBO in the USA and the following day on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
