WARNING SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS ENDGAME AHEAD. Avengers Endgame saw the original six Avengers bow out and make way for a new team. Iron Man and Black Widow are dead, Hulk is disabled from the reverse-Snap, Captain America is now actually a 105-years-old man and Thor has become a Guardian of the Galaxy. Sure, Hawkeye is alive and well, but after five years without his family, he’s probably going to want to retire. So moving forward, what will the superhero team line-up look like in Avengers 5?
Well, Kevin Feige has previously said how Captain Marvel is going to become the new figurehead of the franchise after Iron Man.
No doubt she’ll be joined by key players Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, and new Captain America Sam Wilson.
Other potentially new/continuing Avengers include Valkyrie (now Queen of Asgard), The Wasp, War Machine, Shang-Chi (he’s getting a movie in Phase 4), the Eternals, Okoyo, Scarlet Witch, Shuri, and the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Meanwhile, rumoured Disney+ TV shows for Hawkeye and Hulk could see the surviving Avengers mentor female Hawkeye and She-Hulk.
