Master Fencer

He’s making a debut run this year for Kentucky tallying a record to be the first Japan-bred racer to run in the said derby. He will serve as his country’s third entry to the Kentucky Derby after a series of championships he joined.

Spinoff

Hall of Famer Todd Pletcher will have another strong contender this year by the name of Spinoff. He will have a debut run in the race track of Churchill Downs after he had won the race in Tampa Bay. Take note that Todd Pletcher’s Always Dreaming had made it to the last year’s Kentucky Derby and hopes that Spinoff will continue the winning streak.

Cutting Humor

He will be Todd Pletcher’s second entry to the Kentucky Derby.  This Sunland Derby Grade 3 winner is looking for a victorious run in Kentucky. Many Sunland Derby winners attempted to run in Kentucky, but none of them were successful. Cutting Humor’s entry this year is seem to be the biggest challenge for Todd Pletcher to have the first Sunland Derby winner to take home the Kentucky crown.

This horse racer has been part of the early picks in all horse racing platform predictions you can find. This horse racer has gained a lot of favorites after he had win series of championships and placements in the pre-Kentucky Derby season.

Game Winner

The very first Breeders Cup Juvenile winner which is trained by Bob Baffert will take the Kentucky Derby road this year. If Game Winner will clinch the Kentucky crown this year, this will serve as his 6th straight victory. He is only horse racer this year that is campaigned by Winstar Farm which is the biggest Starlight Racing and Horse Club in China.

Nothing much more to say about this thoroughbred racer who clinched a $16,000 winnings in the recent Florida Derby in the Grade 1 stakes category. After his incredible win in the said racing, he is not the newest favorite to win the Kentucky Derby replacing the former Game Winner and Improbable.

When TMZ asked Bob Baffert which of his entries will be the next Triple Crown holder like Justify and American Pharoah, he mentioned Roadster as his top choice. Roadster only holds one defeat records all throughout his racing career and that his trainer is looking forward to an excellent performance he will be showing in the Kentucky Derby this year.
