EA Servers DOWN: Apex Legends Code 100 and Origin issues confirmed

EA servers are down today, with games like Apex Legends, Battlefield 5 and FIFA 19 affected.

Core online services are not working on a large number of EA games, with the Origin PC platform reporting sign in issues.

It’s currently unclear what is causing today’s problems or how long they might last on all affected platforms.

Apex Legends fans are seeing Code 100 error messages when trying to sign in, with similiar error messages showing up for FIFA gamers.

Affected users confirm: “EA servers are down and I keep on disconnecting throughout my FIFA 19 Gameplay in Ultimate team matches.

“I Was able to halfway login for a second on the site and on the Origin launcher but then had an error about too many computers accessing display name and that it was missing.”

“Haven’t been able to get on ANY Hardline server from the Battlelog page. Origin keeps asking for a code I’ve entered and describes BFH as “unidentified game.”

So far there has been no guidance posted on EA support pages or individual game social media feeds confirming issues with servers today.

But if problems persist, EA will have to provide some kind of news on what is being done about today’s outage.

Other games affected include Apex Legends, Anthem, several UFC titles and Star Wars Battlefront 2.

The good news is that the number of reports of server issues and games not working is dropping and could mean that this won’t be a long outage.
