Melania and Donald Trump return to church for SPECIAL reason on Easter Sunday

The couple were seen out in Florida with the US President’s daughter Tiffany. But the church they visited held personal importance for the Trumps. They were snapped attending the service at Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, in West Palm Beach.

Back in 2005, the couple were married at the church and returned back today to take part in a special Easter ceremony, according to the MailOnline.

Despite being embroiled in a new debate surrounding the controversial Mueller Report, the President was in high spirits.

Writing on Twitter, he said: “Happy Easter!

“I have never been happier or more content because your country is doing so well, with an economy that is the talk of the world and may be stronger than it has ever been before.

“Have a great day!”

Following the ceremony the group headed to Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s private club in Florida, to enjoy brunch.

A statement from the deputy White House press secretary Steven Groves said: “President Trump attended Easter service earlier this morning at The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach.

“He will be having brunch at Mar-a-Lago with family before returning to the White House this afternoon.”

Robert Mueller was tasked with writing a report on Trump’s involvement in alleged interference from Russia during the 2016 election.

The President was cleared on the subject of collusion on Russia but a conclusion was not reached as to whether he tried to obstruct justice.

The report said: “If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state.

“Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment.”

The report also identified 10 possible incidences where Trump could have obstructed justice including the attempt to fire Mr Mueller in 2017.
