It’s the most secretive movie ever made, but sadly that didn’t stop spoilers leaking online in the last week. Nevertheless, Ant-Man star Rudd has tried his best to trick The Russo Brothers into revealing Avengers Endgame spoilers and deaths on the press tour. After all, Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr is the only actor who was given the whole script to read just like Benedict Cumberbatch was for Avengers Infinity War. In what is probably a joke video, Rudd sets up a camera and asks Joe and Anthony to share some Avengers Endgame spoilers with him.
Back in the video, Rudd points out that he didn’t get an ending in his script, but the brothers say it’s just easier so he doesn’t accidentally reveal the plot in press junkets.
Giving in, Anthony says: “Just between us, okay? Here’s the list of people who die. No 1…”
However, he’s cut off in the skit by Joe who notices that Rudd’s set up a camera to catch Avengers Endgame spoilers! Oh well, only a few days to go.
Meanwhile, Downey Jr has teased that Avengers Endgame’s ending is the best eight minutes of the entire MCU.
Speaking with The Upcoming, the 54-year-old star said: “The last eight minutes of that movie are maybe the best eight minutes of the entire history of… the whole run of them, in a way, because everyone’s involved. So I was delighted.”
It may not look it at first, but one line there may be a big spoiler for Avengers Endgame.
Downey Jr said: “Everyone’s involved.” This sounds very much like the rumoured big one-off scene featuring every major character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far.
Avengers Endgame will be released in UK cinemas on April 25, 2019.
