Olly Murs weight loss: Star lost 15lbs in 12 weeks – breakfast he ate revealed

From reducing the risk of health problems related to weight, to making fitness routines easier, there’s plenty of reasons why a person may choose to slim. It should go without saying that the focus should be on your mental and physical health should always take priority. But, should you decide to get trim, there are plenty of exercise tips and diet plans to help you. Olly Murs, 34, sought advice from personal trainer Rob Solly in order to get fit back in 2015.

It came ahead of his Never Been Better Tour.

Documenting the progress they were making, Rob took to Twitter to share some snaps.

In one capture, Olly and the personal trainer were enjoying a post-work out breakfast together.

“After a great session with @ollyofficial, the breakfast of champions before heading to Blackheath for 5 more,” he penned.

In the capture, Olly could be seen grinning at the camera with his thumbs up.

And, some people may have been interested to see what was on his plate in front of him.

Clearly keen to consume plenty of protein, the Voice UK coach was set to tuck into a large helping of scrambled egg – a protetin-rich food.

Smoked salmon and some kind of vegetable patty also seemed to be on the menu for the singer that morning.

Salmon is widely considered to be a good source of lean protein, as well as being packed with omega-3.

Fast forward to just over a month, and Rob shared some before and after photographs which the star had taken, documenting his fitness journey.

The second capture showed the hitmaker looking visibly slimmer and more toned when it came to his stomach area.

Sending a message of support to the star, Rob wrote: “This is @ollyofficial after 12 weeks training with me, 3 times a week before the #neverbeenbettertour Go Olly!!!!”

Recently Olly has given his 2.7 million Instagram followers a look at the training he does in order to stay in shape.

This includes doing a plank to handstand move against a wall, as well as working out his hamstrings in the weights section of the gym.

Another famous face who has famously lost weight is Tom Kerridge – who lost 12 stone.

The celebrity chef, now 45, overhauled his diet in the past after fearing for his health – resulting in him ditching alcohol and following the so-called dopamine diet.
