Lorraine Kelly, 59, has been uploading photos to her Instagram account of her enviable safari getaway.

In her most recent snap, the ITV presenter revealed her holiday with her husband Steve Smith has been “heartbreaking”.

Lorraine, who married Steve in 1992, posted a picture of herslf cuddled up to her spouse whilst posing in the African country.

The two smiled away to the camera whilst holding glasses in their hands as they took in a beautiful sunset.

Reflecting on her trip abroad with her husband, Lorraine captioned the snap: “Oh Africa – beautiful and heartbreaking.

“Cannot wait to see you again. Thank you #botswana #zambia #wildlifeconservation.”

“We will be back soon #blessed,” she added.

Many of Lorraine’s 263,000 followers shared compliments on her upload with one person gushing: “So beautiful and getting younger looking every year, not fair!”

“You look so happy together and looks an amazing place have a safe trip home,” added another.

A third said: “Your husband is a lucky man you lovely,” to which Lorraine replied: “I’m the lucky one.”

It wasn’t the only loved-up snap Lorraine posted as she also shared another one with her spouse.

Beaming away in their khaki outfits, Lorraine wrote: “Thank you beautiful #botswana and #zambia for an incredible trip.

“Close encounters with #lion #elephant #leopard, #rhino #cheetah #africanwilddogs and even #honeybadgers – generous and open hearted people. Loved camping. Can’t wait to return.”

Sharing more of an insight into her holiday, Lorraine posted a video of three lions in their natural habitat.

“Honoured to see these three fine fellas so close,” she wrote, alongside the hashtags: “#lions #botswana #awesome #wildlifeconservation #lions #brothers #wow.”

Meanwhile, Lorraine recently spoke about again and admitted she would be “too scared” to go under the knife and said she “looks fine”.

In an interview with the May issue of Good Housekeeping, the TV host candidly opened up about whether she would have surgery.

“I look fine,” Lorraine said about ageing. “And to be honest with you, I see people who have had work done particularly on their lips and think, ‘What are you doing?’

“My make-up artist Helen tells me not to have anything done. She sees people who have had work done and has to work 10 times harder to make them look the same as they did pre-surgery.

“I think it’s really sad. Look if you have had it done and nobody can tell, then good for you because we don’t know.”

Lorraine airs weekdays at 8.30am on ITV.
