Boxing news: Eddie Hearn’s brutal 13-word message to Jarrell Miller after second drug test

Miller has been pulled from his June 1 clash with Joshua after failing two drugs tests.

The American tested positive for GW1516, a fat burner which enhances endurance, from his March 20 sample.

HGH, used to aid body growth, has since been found in a different sample supplied by Miller.

Hearn is now rushing around to find a replacement to fight Joshua.

The promotor took to Twitter today to confirm Miller had failed a second test.

He also told the 30-year-old to delete his number.

“If you don’t think you can beat him clean then delete my number!” Hearn tweeted.

He added: “We have now received news from VADA that Jarrell Miller has now failed a second separate test for a further substance.

“AJ’s June 1 opponent will be announced next week.”

Miller had previously denied taking any banned substances.

“I want to thank all of my supporters who have stood by me since day one and especially during this extremely difficult time,” Miller wrote on Instagram.

“I have not been tuned in to social media and any other media outlets to focus and channel all of my energies into working hard with no distractions.

“I am absolutely devastated upon hearing the news my boxing license has been revoked in NY State and I will be vigorously appealing this decision.

“I have NEVER knowingly taken any banned substance and when I found out the news last night I was totally shocked.

“My team and I stand for integrity, decency & honesty and together we will stand to fight this with everything we have.

“This was a voluntarily test that I was very happy to do and these results came just one week after another voluntarily test that I had taken which was completely clean.

“I refuse to just lie down and let my dream be taken away from me when I know in my heart that I’ve done nothing wrong.”
