…Shame It Was Sold As A Stand-Alone Game (Far Cry New Dawn Review)

I was a big fan of Far Cry 5, but its season pass was a huge disappointment. As Ubisoft continue to spank the Far Cry IP with annualized releases, a truly compelling DLC offering would have helped buttress the brand for the future. Had New Dawn released as a DLC, everyone would be singing Ubisoft’s praises. Instead, Far Cry New Dawn was forgotten almost as soon as it was released, a shame given that the title deserves more recognition than that.
