Stephen Mulhern dating: Love life REVEALED – 'I haven't been on a date in FOUR YEARS'

ITV presenter Stephen Mulhern has been a firm favourite on our screens since the mid-1990s. He successfully transitioned from children’s programmes to light entertainment the following decade and can now be found on the box most Saturday evenings. Mulhern is known as the face of numerous popular TV shows and launches his new show In For A Penny today. But what do we know about his personal life?

Stephen Mulhern possesses a quick wit, charm and talent as a Magic Circle-certified magician.

But despite his huge appeal, the 42-year-old has admitted he finds the dating scene tricky.

Speaking to Celebs Now in February last year, the Londoner said he was “on my own” and when asked if he was a “single pringle”, Mulhern replied, “I am yes.”

He went on to say: “Last time I went on a date was about four years ago. That makes me sound really sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so much.”

The cheeky chappie said he was “keen” to find love but ruled out online dating with a resounding “no way”.

He explained: “One of my best mates met a girl online.

“But I think it’s a bit weird someone from the TV doing online dating. I think it’d be bizarre.”

Stephen is notoriously private about his love life but he did previously date actress Emma Barton, who plays Honey Mitchell in the BBC soap.
