Emmerdale star Joe-Warren Plant, 17, who plays Jacob Gallagher in the ITV soap, joked his girlfriend Nicole Hadlow, 22, believed singer Enrique Iglesias’ name is another word for an iceberg. Reflecting on the humorous moment, Joe took to Twitter to share her beliefs with his 26,000 followers. He wrote: “So my girlfriend thinks Enrique Iglesias is another word for an iceberg!!! She said ‘Type in Iglesias, and I bet an iceberg comes up!’ ahahahah.”(sic)
It appears as though Joe’s girlfriend was referring to a a glacier, which is made up of fallen snow thwhichat eventually compresses into large, thickened ice masses.
Many of his social media fans flocked to his page to comment on the post.
One user wrote: “Well she ain’t far off to be fair to her.”
A second shared an edited picture of Hero hitmaker Enrique, 43, on top of an glacier, writing: “I googled it and I think ur gf was right.
“I hope u like the pic I made ;).”(sic)
Joe has been dating model Nicole since 2017.
The actor regularly gives his 40,000 Instagram fans an insight into the couple’s lavish holidays and time together.
His most recent picture of the duo sees them cosying up during a night out in Preston.
Joe is seen wearing a black suit with a bow tie, while Nicole opted for a dark blue dress.
Back in August, Joe gushed over his girlfriend on their one-year anniversary.
He shared a picture of the pair from a holiday sporting bright-coloured swimwear.
He commented: “1 Year Today. I look forward to making even more memories with you right by my side I love you.”
Joe also referred to his girlfriend as “beautiful” in a post on her birthday.
He wrote: “Happy Birthday to my beautiful girl.
“The past year has been a dream with you and I wish to spend many more right by your side. I love you so much.”
Other pictures on his Instagram shows the pair enjoying trips in places such as Ibiza, Blackpool and Mexico.
Elsewhere, Joe’s Emmerdale character Jacob is currently at the centre of a controversial grooming storyline on the soap.
In recent weeks, viewers have witnessed Jacob being groomed by teacher Maya Stepney (played by Louisa Clein, 40), who is also dating his step dad David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden).
