Reviews of the best smartphones for battery life in 2019 – those mobiles which last the longest, charge the fastest or boast impressive battery tech beyond their peers.
We begin by looking at Motorola’s Moto G7 Power and E5 Plus, which pack in mighty 5000mAh cells. Next up is Huawei’s Mate 20 and 20 Pro. The Mate 20’s 4000mAh cell delivers two days of battery life between charges, but it’s the Mate 20 Pro which really impresses. The 4200mAh cell can be powered up wirelessly and you can even perform a spot of reverse wireless charging.
Kudos also to Oppo’s RX17 Pro, with its Super VOOC technology. This dual battery setup allows the RX17 to power back up in well under an hour. Likewise, the OnePlus 6T’s Dash and Warp charging impresses for speed.
Other favourites when it comes to the best battery life include phones such as the LG V40 and Sony’s Xperias, thanks to their excellent Qnovo tech.
