Ozzy Osbourne’s son Jack Osbourne brutally attacked in unprovoked assault

Jack Osbourne, 33, reportedly received a punch to the head by a stranger while he sat on the patio of a coffee shop in Studio City, Los Angeles. The publication reports he is doing fine following the attack and the suspect has been arrested for assault and battery. Express.co.uk have contacted Jack’s representatives for comment. It comes after Jack finalised his divorce from wife Lisa Strelley, who is mother of his three children; Pearl, six, Andy, three, and six-month-old Minnie.

The former couple finalised their divorce in December last year, seven months after confirming their split following six years of marriage.

Jack is the youngest son of heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne, 70, and his wife Sharon Osbourne, 66.

He has two older sisters Aimee and Kelly Osbourne.

Meanwhile, Ozzy Osbourne has postponed all his tour dates for the remainder of the year after aggravating an old injury in a fall.

The former Black Sabbath singer will remain at his home in Los Angeles as he “recovers from an injury sustained while dealing with pneumonia”.

A statement on Ozzy’s Twitter page said: “OZZY will postpone all his tour dates as he recovers from injury sustained while dealing with pneumonia. Ozzy fell at his Los Angeles home aggravating years-old injuries (from his 2003 ATV accident) that required surgery.

“Shows will be rescheduled beginning in Feb 2020.”

He was due to perform next month at the Rocklahoma festival in Oklahoma.

In February, the former black Sabbath singer was admitted to hospital after experiencing “complications” from flu.

A source told The Sun at the time: “Poor old Ozzy hasn’t had the best of times.

“He’s been really struggling with flu which turned into bronchitis. Doctors feared he could contract pneumonia which, in a person over 70, can be fatal.

“This sparked a lot of panic among those closest to him, but doctors reassured everyone he was in the best possible hands.

“Ozzy’s a fighter, and is getting better day by day. The worst is over, he’s smiling again, and he can’t wait to get up on stage.”

A statement was also shared on his official Instagram page, earlier this year, which read: “Ozzy has been forced to postpone the entire UK and European leg of his NO MORE TOURS 2 tour on doctors’ orders.

“This follows yesterday’s announcement that Osbourne was postponing the first four dates of the tour because of the flu.

“After seeing his physician again, Osbourne has been diagnosed with a severe upper-respiratory infection which the doctor feels could develop into pneumonia given the physicality of the live performances and an extensive travel schedule throughout Europe in harsh winter conditions.”
