Bohemian Rhapsody finally KNOCKED OFF No 1 spot in Official Film Chart by THIS movie

The record-breaking, Oscar-winning, Freddie Mercury biopic has seen its four-week reign at No 1 in the Official Film Chart end this week. Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has taken No 1 in its debut week as a home release, pushing Bohemian Rhapsody down to No 2. While the critically-panned Robin Hood enters the chart at No 3. And fan favourites The Greatest Showman and Avengers Infinity War both moved up a spot.

In terms of total sales though, Bohemian Rhapsody had sold 853,000 copies to The Greatest Showman’s 845,500 in the same month-long time frame.

Bohemian Rhapsody made almost $900 million worldwide from cinema ticket sales.

That’s an impressive profit for a film that cost only $52 million to make.
