When it Comes to Game Streaming, I'd Bet on Microsoft & Xbox Over Google Stadia

What facts? Not single fact @isarai statements, pure opinion?

How have they done well enough? We know nothing about their numbers (they don’t release them for PSNow – hide them in their quarterly’s). For all we know operating expenses exceeds revenue. I am sure Sony would come out and tell us the exact numbers if they were kings of the world in streaming but, they haven’t.

They don’t own the data centers that PSNow are currently using (using third party cloud provider). So they are dependent on those providers. Both Google and Microsoft will own every piece of real estate their blades are installed in.

They haven’t proved they can do anything beyond their 720p/30fps max, make or miss latency gameplay. Both Google and XCloud from what limited gameplay we have seen from both already promise at least 1080/60fps and lower entry fee for internet requirements.

They haven’t shown the will to provide their streaming system on anything but a PS4 and PC.

They haven’t shown the capability to provide recent games. Mainly a service of old games an BC. They don’t seem to want to put their own great first-party games on the system. Where are those PS first-party games like Uncharted 4 or MLB, etc… Bloodborne and GOW 3 redo is great but those are over 4 years old and only a fraction of PS4 first-party games they could provide. Lack of really supporting the system with their own first-party games is disappointing.

The list goes on and on…

Yeah, they may fix all those issues. But, nothing shows that they can sustain themselves or have the capability to fight off the onslaught of the likes of Google, Microsoft, possibly Amazon (and sort of Apple with that quasi-mobile game pass like thing thye announced)
