A Place In The Sun presenter Jasmine Harman, 43, has been open about her body transformation and has recently spoken about her two stone weight loss, which she shed over the past year, as a result of altering her diet and exercising. Now, the TV star has taken to her Instagram stories to share a snap with her 20,100 followers of her trimmed down physique. The blonde presenter uploaded a selfie where she can be seen smiling at the camera, kitted out in her gym wear. The Channel 4 favourite was stood in the gym and kept her tresses pulled back into a bun as she sported an all black ensemble.
Wearing a vest top, the star showcased her toned arms and opted for tight leggings which highlighted her toned legs.
Jasmine captioned the picture: “#Mondaymotivation.”
The TV host recently spilled all to Express.co.uk about the real reason behind her two stone weight loss as she admitted she felt “uncomfortable” in front of the camera.
She said: “I just felt really uncomfortable, I just felt so big and when you’re on TV you don’t want to have all lumps and bumps, you want to look nice in your clothes whatever size you are.
“If you’re wearing a figure-hugging dress and you’ve got bulges then… I think for a while I was having to wear shapewear under my clothes and when it was hot I was like, ‘Why do I have to wear this stuff, I am twice as hot now?’”
Jasmine revealed she realised it was time to get back into shape once her five-year-old daughter went to school.
The property expert said: “I just figured its time now and something was ready in me and I was like, ‘I am just going to get on with it now’.
“Nothing will stand between me and my exercise and just being healthy and fitter. It feels nice and different.”
Meanwhile, the mother-of-two celebrated another milestone and she took to Instagram to thank her fans after she hit 20,000 followers.
Jasmine uploaded a short video where she beamed to the camera and waved her hair from side to side.
The caption read: “Love y’all 10k.”
Beside the video, she said: “Who remembers this? I look a bit demented… but it was last year, almost to the day that I celebrated hitting 10k followers on @instagram.
“One year on and I’ve just hit 20,000 so I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who is out there engaging with me and enjoying my posts!
“Social media is a strange phenomenon (showing my age!) and I hope to keep it real, and keep it fun! And if you like my profile, tell your friends! now I need to go and find another funky filter to do a 20k celebratory vid! #20k.”
Fans rushed to respond, as one person wrote: “Congratulations,! You deserve it, and your very cute,!!!”
While another person added: “Well done! Here’s to another 20K and more!”
