Zion Williamson: Tacko Fall sends challenge to Duke star ahead of March Madness clash

Duke and UCF go head to head on Sunday night for a spot in the March Madness Sweet 16.

Duke head into the contest as clear favourites and will be looking to continue their charge for the national title.

They have garnered worldwide attention this season due to the phenomenal performances of Williamson.

Fans all over the world have headed online to catch the latest glimpse of the 18-year-old’s impressive highlights.

But the biggest draw for Williamson’s game has been his explosive dunks.

A number of college basketball stars have discovered first hand to get out of the way when Williamson is driving to the basket.

UCF will almost certainly have to contend with that prospect, but Williamson will come up against a unique talent in Tacko Fall.

The 7’6′ centre recorded 18 rebounds and five blocks in UCF’s NCAA tournament first round win over VCU.

And he has laid down a challenge to Williamson that he won’t be put on a poster by the Duke star.

“It’s very hard,” Fall told Andy Katz of NCAA.com.

“I won’t allow it.

“I won’t allow him to put me on one of his highlight tapes.”

However, Williamson though played down the comments of his rival.

“What is he supposed to say?” he said.

“Is he supposed to say I’m going to dunk on him?

“He said the right thing, but I’m not focused on that.”
