Fans won’t have to wait long to find out what is included in the new Games with Gold April 2019 lineup.
Fans can currently download the likes of Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion on Xbox One.
These are free to play for as long as you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription and will likely switch over to whatever new console is released by Microsoft in the future.
And a new collection is being primed for an announcement later this week by Microsoft.
The April Xbox Games with Gold collection looks set to be revealed closer to the end of the week, giving fans plenty of time to check out everything being offered.
Being an Xbox Live Gold also makes it possible to access special discounts on select titles each week.
This Week’s Deals With Gold features several AAA titles and also coincides with the launch of a new Publisher Sale.
The Deals with Gold featured right now includes Far Cry New Dawn, Just Cause 4 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Discounts are valid now through 25 March 2019 and will be replaced by a new selection soon after.
All three titles have a considerable discount running on them, cutting the price in half for Just Cause and Tomb Raider.
The same goes for New Dawn; however, there is also a deal that reduces the price further if you purchase it with your Gold subscription.
There are also a lot of other games currently included in Deals with Gold, which can be checked out by clicking through to the console store.
It should be noted that Just Cause 4 is available as part of the Xbox Game Pass, which is also seeing some big changes this month.
Microsoft is removing a selection of titles currently available on the Game Pass and replacing them with new ones.
Kingdom New Lands, Late Shift, Portal Knights and Sacred Citadel are all being removed by the end of March.
All four have been available to play via Game Pass since April 2018, with Late Shift and Portal Knights currently on sale.
Microsoft has also been adding new games to the Pass this week, including Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and What Remains of Edith Finch.
March 28 will see The Walking Dead: Michonne Telltale mini-series and Vampyr added to the Xbox Game Pass.
For those that have never used it before, Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members and can be redeemed from the Gold widget on the Xbox One home screen.
When you select a game, it’ll be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console.
It should also be noted that new Games with Gold titles become available on the first and the sixteenth day of every month.
