Fortnite developer Epic Games has released the Season 8, Week 4 challenges.
Epic Games releases seven Battle Royale challenges each week. Three of the weekly challenges are available for free and the other four challenges are exclusive to Battle Pass users.
The challenges are also separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty.
The hard difficulty Fortnite challenges net players ten Battle Stars, while the regular tasks reward fans with five Battle Stars.
Earning Battle Stars levels up your Battle Pass, which is how you unlock all of the rewards on offer.
Week 4 challenges task players with landing at different locations, searching buried treasure and eliminating opponents with various weapons.
One of the more interesting challenges involves the the newly released Pirate Cannons.
To complete this challenge and earn some easy Battle Stars, you’ll need to use the pirate Cannons to damage structures.
The hardest part of this challenge is finding the Pirate Cannons to begin with. Check out the map below for a look at the Pirate Cannon locations in Fortnite.
Another interesting challenge involves finding buried treasure in the Fortnite map.
An element of luck is needed for this challenge, because you’ll need to find a treasure map before you can get it.
Once you’ve found a treasure map from chests, drops and floor loot, equip the item and look for the beam of light. Once you find the treasure location, use your pickaxe to dig it up.
Players can also earn rewards by using the new Baller vehicle in different matches.
This challenge isn’t too difficult if you know where to look on the map.
As Fortnite Insider points out, the Baller vehicles can mainly be found near outposts and Pirate Camps. Check out the map below for a look at the locations.
You’ll need to use a Baller in five different matches to complete the challenge.
