Outlook is a radical refreshing of the Hotmail email platform. Outlook’s interface and integration with other Microsoft products has made it one of the world’s most popular email platforms, with 400 million users around the world. But with people increasingly managing their lives with multiple email platforms, it can be difficult remembering account passwords and security information.
How to access your Hotmail account:
Those who have misplaced their Microsoft account password can use the security information to recover their Hotmail account.
But if their Hotmail account is especially old, these security questions may also have been forgotten.
However, help is at hand with Microsoft’s account Recovery Form.
The Hotmail account Recovery Form is a tool used to provide additional information so Microsoft can ensure you – and only you – gain access to your account.

Remember, Hotmail account users who have disabled two-step verification will not be able to use the recovery form.
Turning on two-step verification stops anyone from signing in without two forms of identification, no matter how much information they know about your account.
You will need a working email account that you can access so Microsoft can send you information about your request.
Users can use any active email account, even one belonging to a friend or relative.
Alternatively, those who do not have another email account that you can access, can create a temporary outlook.com account for free by selecting Create One at the Microsoft account sign-in page.

How to fill out a Hotmail Recovery Form:
Begin the process by visiting account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to access.
Next, provide an email address that Microsoft can use to contact you concerning your request.
You will then new asked to type in the characters you see on the screen to prove you’re not a robot.
A screen will pop up asking you to verify the contact email address. Check that email for a message from us with the security code, enter that code, then select Verify.
Select Submit when you are finished, and Microsoft should respond within 24 hours.

How to check last login information in Outlook?
Your Outlook email account has a Recent Activity page displaying relevant account activity.
The page lists the date, time and geographic location of each sign in and sign in attempt.
Additionally, it also shows specific data – such as the IP address and the operating system of the device that is being used to sign in to your account – helping you determine whether someone is accessing your emails without your permission.
The Recent Activity page is accessible through Outlook’s Account Settings menu.
And simply select View More Account Activity text link to view more activity entries.
