Holly Willoughby: ‘I was really nervous’ This Morning star in Phillip Schofield admission

Holly Willoughby, 38, has been a firm ITV favourite on the hit comedy show Celebrity Juice since it’s inception in 2008 but it seemingly appears the beauty was “nervous” after her This Morning co-presenter Phillip Schofield, 56, joined her on the show. Speaking ahead of tonight’s episode, Holly spilled: “Yeah, he loves it! It’s nice to work together outside of what we do on This Morning. “I remember the first time he agreed to come on I was really nervous. I was like, ‘What’s he going to think? What’s he going to do? Is he going to approve or question what he’s got himself into?’” She continued: “Now he knows exactly what he’s getting himself into and keeps coming back for more so he clearly enjoys himself! I always say, ‘If you come on, you’re on your own! Whatever happens, happens. It’s not my fault!’.”

The blonde beauty has close bond with her ITV co-host and has been regular fixture on This Morning since 2009.

The presenting duo are known for keeping viewers entertained with their hilarious tales and funny quips on the morning programme.

In a recent segment, the TV star was spotted washing the studio window and at one point used her coat to finish off the job.

As she donned a stunning pink floral dress, the star could be seen standing next to a green bucket as she prepped to do the task.

Meanwhile, Holly’s pal Fearne Cotton, 37, who was a team captain on Celebrity Juice, shocked fans after she revealed she was leaving the show after 10 years.

In an official statement issued by the star to The Sun, the 37-year-old explained: “After 10 years of complete fun, I have decided to leave Celebrity Juice.

“It has been a joy to be part of this magnificent show and I wish the team the very best in future series.”

Holly has since spoken out about her co-host’s exit and admitted she “didn’t expect” it when she heard the shock news over the phone.

She said: “I knew something was up because she called me and she never calls me! She texts me a gazillion times, she’s fast at texting.”

“When my phone rang and it was her I was like, ‘What’s happened?’, I knew she was going to tell me something big.”

The mother-of-three went on to explain she would “miss her” pal but hopes she may return in the future.

She said: “I was sad because I’m going to miss her. You never want anything to end, it’s been brilliant and such fun and I love the fact that I had my friend there with me every series.

“I hope that she comes back for one off specials every now and again, that she’ll come back and play with us some time because it would be lovely.”

Elsewhere, on the official Celeb Juice Twitter account they uploaded a snap of tonight’s guests which include team captains Holly and Paddy McGuinness, alongside host Keith Lemon, Emily Atack, John Barrowman, Mark Wright and Howard Donald.

The post read: “WE ARE BACKKKKK, come on, come join us, come have fun THURS 21ST MARCH 10PM ITV2 @lemontwittor @hollywills & @PaddyMcGuinness with @JohnBarrowman @EmAtack @MarkWright_ AND only b****y @HowardDonald.”
