Coronation Street spoilers: Gemma Winter pregnant after traumatic roof collapse?

Coronation Street viewers are going to find out which resident is killed from the Underworld factory roof collapse tonight.

One person who was trapped inside is Gemma Winters (played by Dolly-Rose Campbell) but it looks like she will survive.

The actress joined Good Morning Britain earlier this week to discuss the dramatic scenes and she was probed about her character’s future.

Richard Arnold said: “Now young lady, if you do survive there are rumours in the press that you could be holding not one, not two, but three, but four, babies all of which are Chesney’s [Brown] (Sam Aston) I hope, but anything could change in the cobbles, any truth to that rumour?”

Slightly confused Dolly-Rose replied: “I don’t know anything about that. I hope not!”

Richard continued: “Do you think you could cope with four babies, if you did have them -“but Dolly-Rose interjected: “No! absolutely not!”

“You couldn’t juggle them all?” the entertainment editor asked with Dolly-Rose clarifying: “No.”

Viewers recently saw Gemma and Chesney finally give a romantic relationship a go after insisting they were just friends for many months.

Chesney already has Joseph (William Flanagan) to look after and scenes have seen Gemma try to adapt to the role of step-mum.

Elsewhere in Coronation Street, there is suggestion Rana Habeeb (Bhavna Limbachia) and Kate Connor (Faye Brooks) may not get married.

The pair have had a turbulent relationship, but finally got back together this New Year and decided they would like to get married.

However, resident soap expert Sharon Marshall told This Morning viewers how Rana is having second thoughts.

She explained: “Now we saw that Rana had got the bracelet off her mum. I can say that there is a phone call that is made during the wedding.

“Is it family she’s going with or is it love? She’s marrying the right person but is it the wrong time?”

To add to this, actress Kate recently appeared on ITV’s Lorraine and discussed the bracelet Rana received from her mother.

“That piece of jewellery is from Rana’s mum,” Kate said.

“And we remember Rana had to deal with facing her family and telling the truth about how she feels, and how she loves Kate, and this is the life that she wants to live.

“I feel like the jewellery is a peace offering, and for Rana maybe she’s second guessing if it’s the right time for us to get married.”

Will fans see Kate and Rana down the aisle and tying the knot officially?

Coronation Street returns tonight at 7:30pm on ITV.
