March Madness LIVE stream: How to watch Duke, Michigan, Virginia online and on TV

College basketball fans are in for a treat this month with the annual March Madness tournament returning to determine the national championship.

A total of 68 teams, made up of the 32 Division 1 conference champions and 36 sides awarded at-large berths, are all vying for glory.

A select few teams stand out, though, ahead of the First Four play-in games which begin on Tuesday night as Prairie View take on FDU.

Duke, with projected NBA Draft first pick Zion Williamson among their ranks, are expected to be there or thereabouts as March Madness reaches its climax.

But they are facing threats from the likes of Michigan, Virginia and North Carolina as they seek to regain the trophy they last won in 2015.

Stars of the future will be hoping to shine as they seek to turn the heads of recruiters from NBA franchises in the Eastern and Western Conferences.

And basketball enthusiasts will be glued to their screens for the duration, with the tournament wrapping up at Minnesota’s US Bank Stadium on April 4.

Express Sport is here to explain how you can live stream March Madness, as well as how to watch the action on TV.
