Fortnite fans are working their way through the Season 8, Week 3 challenges.
Epic Games releases seven Battle Royale challenges each week. Three of the weekly challenges are available for free and the other four challenges are exclusive to Battle Pass users.
The challenges are also separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty.
The hard difficulty Fortnite challenges net players ten Battle Stars, while the regular tasks reward fans with five Battle Stars.
Earning Battle Stars levels up your Battle Pass, which is how you unlock all of the rewards on offer.
Week 3 challenges task players with destroying cacti in the desert, searching chests and dealing headshot damage.
Most of the week 3 challenges are pretty straightforward, although some players might be stumped by the Treasure Map loading screen task.
For this challenge players will need to seek out the location on the map that the magnifying glass is pointing at.
Fortunately this Week 3 challenges isn’t too tricky if you know where to look.
As you can see from the loading screen image above, the magnifying glass is pointing towards the Polar Peak region.
South-west of Polar Peaks is a statue surrounded by snow-covered trees. Head to this point to find the Battle Star and complete the challenge.

You’ll need to finish your game – so no rage quitting – to complete the challenge and unlock your reward.
