Gordon Ramsay weight loss: Celebrity Chef lost four stone with this diet plan

Gordon Ramsay is a British chef, television personality and restauranteur who has received 16 michelin stars.

Recently, fans of the famous chef might have spotted his dramatic weight loss after he has slimmed down by nearly four stone.

The star managed to drop the weight by making one simple change to his diet.

Gordon revealed he has managed to beat the bulge while eating five meals a day.

The TV chef has slimmed down from a hefty 19st 4lb by 3st 8lb to a much trimmer 15st 10lb.

Gordon told the Today Show: “I’m very good now at eating five times day, but small amounts as opposed to big breakfast, big lunch and big dinner.”

He revealed that he typically starts the day with a bowl of porridge and eats “small bowls” during the day rather than a sit-down meal at lunch or dinner.

Speaking on Reddit, he said: “I don’t really sit down and do lunch. I certainly don’t sit down and eat dinner.

“There’s nothing worse than eating dinner at 5.30 and then having to get up and cook for three hours.

“I like to keep on my toes and eat small bits. Almost like in Hong Kong – four or five times a day, small bowls of food.”

The British chef set pulses racing when he revealed his transformation in a post on his Instagram, @gordongram.

He posted a topless picture of himself at the beach wearing a pair of lycra shorts ahead of a triathlon event.

The star captioned the image: “Iron Chef to Ironman for @greatormondst #teamramsay London Triathlon can’t wait ! Great way to shake off jet lag…. good luck and congrats to all athletes and a BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers & sponsors couldn’t do it with out you!”

Gordon Ramsay first shot to fame when presenting BBC cooking show Saturday Kitchen.

He has since hosted television programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen, The F Word, and Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.

Another star who has been through an amazing transformation is Emmerdale Star, Laura Norton, 35, who cut out this to drop the pounds. 

The actress, who plays Kerry Wyatt in the TV drama, lost three stone by cutting fizzy drinks out of her diet.

Laura once drank two litres of Coca-cola a day, but after ditching the calorific drink she noticed the weight fall off.
