Emily Atack: Inbetweeners star opens up on 'couple goals' as she spills on personal life

Emily Atack, 29, who came second to Harry Redknapp, 71, on I’m A Celebrity…l Get Me Out Of Here! last year, said she still keeps in touch with her fellow campmates, with whom she formed close friendships during their time in the jungle. “We’ve all got a WhatsApp group where we speak pretty much every day,” she said. “I just adore Harry,” The Inbetweeners favourite continued, gushing about the former football manager’s relationship with his wife Sandra. “Him and Sand — couple goals.”(sic)

“I got on really well with Harry, we all had so many lovely chats in there about all kinds of things,” Emily added. “Such a deserving winner.”

Harry and Sandra have been married for 54 years and have two sons, Jamie Redknapp, 45, and Mark Redknapp, 48.

After causing a stir by admitting her crush on Jamie while they were in the jungle, Emily also spoke out about her personal life.

Recalling fans’ frenzy over her cheeky revelation, which even saw her tell Jamie to “call her” as she mimed down the phone to the camera, she told Express.co.uk: “I’m learning now that whoever I talk about, whatever man I talk about, I’ve learned a lesson that whoever I say is fit, that’s going to end up everywhere.

“I’m slowly learning that my personal life is all going to be put out there.

“So maybe I’ll think before I speak next time!” she laughed.

Following Emily’s comments about him, Jamie told The Sun she was “sweet”, saying: “It was funny the way she handled it afterwards. It did make me laugh.”

After Harry informed Emily Jamie was single, the pundit also poked fun at his famous dad.

“He’s like Tinder in there, Dad is, isn’t he?” he quipped.

Having recently launched her first clothing collection with In The Style, as well as writing a book and preparing for her upcoming tour, Talk Thirty To Me, Emily said her work life is keeping her busy at the moment but emphasised that she liked to have a work/personal life balance.

“My social life is so important to me,” she insisted. “A social life is just as important to me as my work life because I think if you have a healthy balance of the two, you’ll be really happy.”

On the subject of her In The Style range, she enthused: “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and it was so important for me to express that it’s for all shapes and sizes, all body types,.

“Being a curvy girl, I’ve always in the past dressed just what’s flattering rather than what I actually really want to wear,” she explained.

“I’m trying to say that you can wear whatever you want.

“You don’t have to have a certain body shape to wear something. If you want to wear something because you like the look of it, wear it!” the actress added.
