This evening saw Dancing On Ice’s grand final air on ITV and James Jordan took to the ice with his professional partner, Alexandra Schauman.
The pair performed an Argentinian Tango on the ice which was more like what James is just to doing.
Having been a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, James has performed many an Argentinian Tango, yet he had never done it before on the ice.
It proved to be quite difficult for the dancer as he’s nursing an injury, yet after the performance, he revealed that he didn’t want to talk about it after presenter Holly brought it up.
James began by discussing performing the Argentinian Tango, saying: “It’s something kind of from my world, but it’s so much easier on the floor not on the ice.”
Holly then said: “And you’ve been nursing an injury.”
James then interrupted Holly, saying: “I am, but i didn’t want to talk about it.”
However, Holly continued as she wanted to highlight the fact that James managed to pull off that routine with a serious injury.
She said: “I know but you’ve been such a trooper and you’ve been amazing with it.”
Phillip Schofield then added: “That’s the first time we’ve seen the routine all the way through tonight.”
