Liam Payne and Naomi Campbell are rumoured to be dating and have been spotted at an event together but they walked the red carpet separately. The pair were spotted for the first time at Nigerian artist Davido’s concert at London’s O2 stadium together. They reportedly arrived and left together.
Naomi is 48 and Liam is 25, however the supermodel who is 23 years her senior, has reportedly told the former One Direction singer she is not after anything serious.
A source said: “Naomi has told Liam she is enjoying having fun but that is all she is ready for at the moment. She has said she’s found him a bit too clingy and full-on and does not want a committed relationship at this stage.
“He accepted it but was a bit crushed. He is in awe of her and is finding it tough that she is so strong-willed and the one in control.
“Liam seems to be a bit of a puppy dog around her and friends have warned him the situation is a car crash waiting to happen.”
The rumoured couple attended the WE Day charity event at Wembley Arena on Wednesday morning.
The catwalk model opted for oversized dark sunglasses and a red midi dress, knee length coat and black stilettos.
However she seemed to dodge a question about Liam when she was quizzed on the red carpet about her rumoured beau.
When she heard his name, she interrupted saying: “Thank you so much” before walking off, in a video obtained by The Sun.
An insider told the Sun: “He seems head over heels.
“Liam thinks she’s amazing and beautiful and has said their time together has been mind-blowing.
“He seems really into her and acting like he can’t believe his luck…he obviously likes a beautiful older woman.”
The couple have been liking and commenting on each other’s social media posts.
Naomi wrote alongside a shirtless picture of Liam, “beautiful soul” to which he replied, “takes one to know one” and added a kiss emoji.
Liam also commented on a picture of Naomi: “Perfection in a person…don’t give me those eyes.”
However there were reported Naomi was seen flirting with Drake while she attended Jay Z and Beyonce’s annual Gold Oscar Party at Chateau Marmont in LA.
An onlooker told the Mirror: “Naomi was having the time of her life. At the party she was getting quite close to Drake – they ended up dancing together.
“She doesn’t want to be in a serious relationship and hasn’t been inviting Liam to events. She just doesn’t seem that fussed and likes her space.”
