Daily horoscope for March 8: YOUR star sign reading, astrology and zodiac forecast TODAY

Between Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, the Moon transits the skies in the zodiac of Aries. Aries is the very first sign on the horoscope charts and occupies a position in the constellation Aries. The zodiac’s energy is said to be bold, courageous, passionate and even aggressive at times. People who are born Aries leading their horoscopes are said to be, as a result, impulsive, active and comfortable with taking on leadership.

Today, astrologer Debra Silverman of Astrology Answers, expects Pisces and Aries to form a “funny combination”.

She said: “On one hand there’s the sensitivity of a water sign who’s very responsive and very internal and somewhat a little introverted – Pisces.

“And then Moon in Aries is going, ‘are you kidding me, we have to get up, we’ve got to go, we’ve got to move energy, we’ve got to be strong, we’ve got to be male.’

“So when you have that in your chart, the good news is, it prevents the Pisces from sitting too long.

“Because at worst, Pisces’ are drug addicts, they get caught in space, they do video games till the cows come home, they find themselves lost in a book in fantasy land.

“But with the Moon in Aries you can’t cause there’s this unbelievable chi moving through your body and that’s the nature of astrology – you’ve got these different characters operating.”

With the diametrically opposed forces of Pisces and Aries playing off of one another, the energies might unlock or activate certain aspects of yourself.

Ms Silverman said you will be a dancer or a musician because Pisces has the incredible gift of musicality and delicious cooking and design.

Aries is the one energy today, which will motivate you to explore these talents and do something creative.

The astrologer also said the Sun is in conjunction with the planet Neptune throughout the rest of the week, which is a rare astrological event.

A Sun-Neptune conjunction only happens about once every year or so.

Ms Silverman said: “The Sun moves one degree a day, every day, around the sky, so we always know on March 8 the Sun is going to be in Pisces.

“But Neptune only moves in a whole year maybe six degrees, so it stays there.

“So every single year, in one moment, the Sun and Neptune stay together. We call that a conjunction.

“When an outer planet is conjunct the Sun, that is a signature, it’s like a very unique indicator that that lifetime that person is Neptunian, which means they’re dreamy and they’re highly sensitive.”
