Weight loss: Drink TWO kitchen cupboard ingredients before bed to lose weight OVERNIGHT

With summer fast approaching, a lot of people try new diets, including the ketogenic diet, protein diet and low-carb diet. However, there is one simple mixture that you can drink before bed to really boost your metabolism and speed up the weight loss process. Using just two ingredients found in most kitchen cupboards, this beverage, alongside a healthy lifestyle, can bring results fast.

Fitness website Health Maestro revealed the revelation on their YouTube channel.

The 2017 video detailed: “Everyone in this world wants to look slim and we know that, without having a proper diet and without physical activity, that is not going to happen.

“But if you want to avoid unhealthy diets, you should drink this miraculous drink instead.

“It boosts your metabolism and speeds up the weight loss process.”

The video went on to explain how to make the drink, by combining powdered cinnamon and honey with boiling water.

It continued: “The ingredients include 250ml of water, one tablespoon of cinnamon and two tablespoons of honey.

“Now you need to get a saucepan and boil the water.

“Then add the cinnamon into the water.

“Finally add the honey to it and drink half of it 30 minutes before you go to sleep and the rest when you wake up.”

The video has racked up more than 11 million views in the two years it has been on the video-sharing platform and the comment section is full of praise.

One reads: “This drink works like magic. I lost 3kg in 2weeks just by drinking it 30 minutes before bedtime.”

Another added: “I tried it and at first it was horrible but it was ok because I lost weight.”

A third claimed: “This drink really does works.

“I drink it three times a day plus I exercise.

“You can see results rapidly when exercising, I lost 10kg.”

The NHS also provides a 12-week weight loss guide to healthily shed the pounds by tracking what you eat.

It says: “Eat the right amount of calories for how active you are so that you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use.

“If you eat or drink too much, you’ll put on weight. If you eat and drink too little, you’ll lose weight.

“It is recommended that men have around 2,500 calories a day (10,500 kilojoules).

“Women should have around 2,000 calories a day (8,400 kilojoules).”
