Brian McFadden weight loss: Westlife star, who lost 7lbs, gives rare insight into fitness

While some Dancing on Ice stars have unveiled some incredible weight loss results since starring on the ITV show, little is known about Brian McFadden’s current health and fitness routine. However, this weekend, the 38-year-old gave a rare look at what helps him to keep his body feeling good. And, it seems that this helpful trick could help users to work out and tone up their muscles. He posted a snap of the product on Instagram yesterday, in view of his 192,000 Instagram followers.

The product is the Pulseroll vibrating peanut shape ball.

The branding on the box states that it has partnered up with big names including British Weight Lifting, as well as English Handball.

Suggesting Brian uses the item in order to massage his back, he captioned the photo: “Back sorted!!!”

A quick search on Amazon shows that the item usually sells for an RRP of £89.95 – however cheaper options are available.

What’s more, the company claim that its users could “feel the gains” by toning up with the different massage levels.

Pulseroll also recommend the product as being “ideal for physiotherapy”, and a massage product which will “help you to just relax”.

Considering Brian is currently competing on Dancing on Ice, it may be that he’s using the product to relieve any sore areas he has developed in his body – most likely, his back.

In the past, the singer has spoken about the diet plan which saw him lose seven pounds in just four weeks.

So, how did the hitmaker make sure he stayed in shape?

Speaking to the Daily Mail in 2015, Brian told how 10 years earlier, he and his now-former bandmate Mark Feehily used to follow a diet similar to the Atkins Diet.

Spilling all on ditching the carbohydrates, he said: “We’d have steak, eggs and bacon – all protein, though it wasn’t the real Atkins diet because I’d still eat vegetables, such as carrots.

“I’ve been on and off it for years.”

He continued: “When I’m on it, I can lose up to half-a-stone in three or four weeks.

“I’m eating normally now, but when I have work commitments, such as TV presenting, I’ll do zero carbs and high protein.”

Dancing on Ice continues tonight on ITV at 6pm.
