Fortnite fans have been treated to two brand new trailers for Season 8.
The new Fortnite Season 8 trailers introduce fans to the adventuring theme and the Battle Pass rewards.

The cinematic trailer – which can be seen above – sees different factions compete for treasure.
“Freed from the Ice King’s castle, the now-powerful Prisoner has brought fire and flame to Fortnite and its islands,” reads the cinematic trailer overview.
“Pirates, Ninjas and a ship load of new fighters will tussle over treasure, battle with Pirate Cannons and uncover legendary loot.”
The Battle Pass trailer, meanwhile, showcases some of the gameplay changes coming with Season 8.
Indeed, it opens with a player being shot out of a cannon into an enemy structure.
Elsewhere, the Battle Pass trailer – which can be seen below – reveals some of the rewards on offer to players.
“A new season also means a brand new Battle Pass,” reads the official trailer description.
“Over 100 new exclusive rewards are ready for you to unlock, and it still costs the same 950 V-bucks.
“This season, you get the Blackheart and Hybrid progressive outfits instantly when you purchase the Battle Pass, both of which can level-up to unlock new styles.”
According to Season 8 patch notes, new Battle Royale locations include a huge volcano.
“Explore new points of interest that emerged with the Volcano, such as Sunny Steps and Lazy Lagoon,” Epic adds.
Then there’s the pirate cannon, which can be used to damage enemy structures or send players flying through the air.
Some fans will also be pleased to hear that planes have been vaulted for Season 8.
