Nintendo Switch games NEWS: Could Devil May Cry come to the Nintendo console?

Devil May Cry 5 has a March 8 release date on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

With three playable characters, screen-filling demons and razor-sharp action, Devil May Cry 5 has a bit of everything.

The only thing that’s missing is a Nintendo Switch release.

And it looks like game director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Matt Walker agree with us, telling Express Online that they’d love to see Devil May Cry on Switch.

“We haven’t announced anything for Switch, right,” Walker and Itsuno explained. “We personally would love to play a Devil May Cry game on Switch.

“I’m one of those guys that always, I want to play everything on Switch. I’m always asking for ports.

“Either way, we haven’t announced anything for Switch, so let’s wait to see what happens.”

Obviously Capcom isn’t ready to announce anything just yet, but it sounds like it’s something the company would be interested in.

Perhaps Capcom could test the waters with the Devil May Cry HD Collection, which feels like a perfect fit for Switch.

It would make the most sense, especially following the release of games like Onimusha: Warlords and Okami.

Perhaps we’ll find out more after the launch of Devil May Cry 5 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
