Draymond Green injury: Fans left SHOCKED after Steve Kerr reaction to incident

Green, who has been a defensive stalwart for the Warriors in recent years, suffered the injury in the fourth quarter as he stepped on team-mate DeMarcus Cousins’ foot.

At the time, the Warriors were down 99-92, and he did not return to the game.

The injury was made more bizarre due to the fact that it took Kerr so long to even notice that Green was injured.

The 6ft 7in monster was stood right in front of Kerr at the time, and was seen stamping his foot in pain.

He then turned and fell at the feet of the head coach, who still didn’t react in any way.

Despite appearing to be looking straight at Green, Kerr didn’t flinch.

Moments later, Kerr was tapped on his knee and noticed the power forward laying in agony at his feet.

At that point, he bent down to check on the injured star.

Fans were shocked at the action, and took to Twitter to ask what Kerr was doing.

One asked: “How does Steve Kerr not notice one of his star players writhing in agony?”

“Steve Kerr sis so focused on the game that he doesn’t realise Darymond is hurt right in front of him lmao,” another joked.

One fan predicted that the Warriors have grown tired of Green, saying: “The Warriors would broom Draymond so fast to keep KD.”

“Lmfao what was that delayed reaction. Straight out of 2k,” another posted.

One fan joked: “*whispers* He doesn’t care about Draymond.”

“Lmao Draymond is so insufferable his own coach could not be bothered,” another tweeted.
