According to The Sun, the clip showed the ex-couple kissing and cuddling on a bed. The video, which is said to be two-and-a-half minutes long and is not said to contain any explicit content, had reportedly been viewed 286,000 times online last night. A source told the publication the video of Lewis Hamilton, 34, and Nicole Scherzinger, 40, was never intended to be seen by the public.
“Nicole will be heartbroken that such footage has found its way online,” an insider told the publication.
Express.co.uk has contacted representatives for Lewis and Nicole asking for comment.
The pair previously had an on-off relationship for seven years.
They first got together in 2007 and finally split for good in 2015.
Since then, Lewis has been rumoured to be romantically linked to a number of sexy stars, including model Winnie Harlow, 24, and Rita Ora, 28.
However, he recently spoke out about his love life on Valentine’s Day, saying he hadn’t had a Valentine’s date in years.
Speaking to his 9.6 million Instagram followers on his stories, the F1 champion said: “It makes me so happy to see so many people celebrated their love and loved ones today.
“I haven’t had a Valentine in years but I hope one day I will,” he added.
“For now, I just wanted to wish everyone out there a happy Valentine’s Day.”
Following her split from Lewis, Nicole struck up a romance with tennis star Grigor Dimitrov, 27.
They reportedly split last year.
Meanwhile, the ex-Pussycat Dolls star put on an eye-popping display at a performance at will.i.am’s i.am.angel Foundation’s TRANS4M Gala in honour of Quincy Jones last week.
