The Greatest Dancer 2019 on BBC One saw two semi-finalists leave the competition ahead of next week’s final. The Greatest Dancer semi-final saw Frobacks and The Dane Bates Collective leave the contest before the series’ grand final.
Frobacks and The Dane Bates Collective said their goodbyes to Cheryl, Strictly Come Dancing’s Oti Mabuse, and Glee star Matthew Morrison as they left the contest.
BBC viewers decided the acts to perform in next Saturday’s grand final (February 23) should be James and Oliver, Ellie, KLA, and Harry and Eleiyah.
Cheryl, Oti, and Matthew were all left visibly emotional at the semi-final results.
It was left up to Alesha Dixon and Ashley Banjo to break the news as all six semi-finalists awaited to hear their fate.

Following their elimination, Frobacks and The Dane Bates Collective spoke with Alesha Dixon and revealed how they felt about their exit
Frobacks said: “We just want to take the opportunity to thank everyone for getting us this far.
The Dane Bates Collective echoed the sentiment and said: “Honestly we’re so grateful to be here,
“Cheryl, we want to say just thank you for everything.”
WHO IS THE RECEPTIONIST FROM THE GREATEST DANCER?
The drama in the semi-final didn’t stop with just the eliminations, however, as a joint performance between the mentors and Strictly Come Dancing professionals left fans in awe.
Cheryl, Matthew, and Oti joined the likes of Pasha Kovalev, Diane Buswell, and Katya Jones on-stage for one massive routine.
After the performance, Pasha emotionally revealed it would be the final time he’d dance with his “Strictly family” after announcing his departure from the show.
The winner of The Greatest Dancer will get to dance on Strictly Come Dancing when the show returns in 2019.
