Louise Redknapp, 44, signed her first solo deal with a different company within Warner Music UK back in 1995. Louise took to her Instagram page to confirm the news with a picture of her alongside her team. In view of her 599,000 followers, she wrote: “So it’s now official…25 years ago I signed my first solo deal with Parlophone, and I am so excited to be continuing my journey with the Warner Music family. “I cant wait for everyone to hear this new album #album4 @warnermusicuk @instructionmgmt @warner_chappelluk.”
She also took to her Instagram story to share a snap of her with her new contract and a video introducing her team.
Ahead of her announcement, she posted a picture of her pointing at a sign which read: “Warner Bros records.”
She uploaded the picture with a simple eyes emoji.
Louise’s news comes just days after she spoke out about her divorce from Jamie Redknapp, 45, in a rare chat.
The singer and Jamie, who have two sons Charles 14, and 10-year-old Beau together, officially split up in December 2017 after 19-years of marriage.
Speaking on Heart London Breakfast with host and their mutual friend Jamie Theakston, she said her and Jamie were “mature” about their split.
Jamie began: “Now, we’ve known each other a long time and this is slightly awkward for me.
“I’ve known Louise forever, I’ve also known Louise’s ex-husband Jamie for a while.”
Louise then asked if he felt as though he was in the middle, to which he replied: “I feel a bit awkward, my loyalties are split!”
Jamie added: “I know you guys get on,” to which she agreed, before he asked: “I mean, it’s been a difficult time for you though, right?”
She replied: “Yeah, it’s been really tough, but I mean, you know, he’s my best friend.
“It’s been really tough but things happen and yeah, I saw him yesterday and it was all good. We had school meetings and stuff, like you do, so all good.”
“A mature way of dealing with things,” Jamie’s co-host Lucy Horobin chimed, with Louise agreeing.
Following her on-air chat, she took to social media to speak out about Valentine’s Day.
She wrote: “Happy Valentines day everyone.
“Hope you’re all feeling the love from someone special today.
“Have a beaut day everyone #family #lovemyboys.”(sic)
