Emilia Clarke, 32, will be starring alongside her former Game of Thrones love interest, Jason Momoa, 39, as the pair will be presenting an award at this year’s Oscars 2019.
The two join a long list of names who will also be handing out awards at the 91st Academy Awards, held on February 24 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
Emilia and Jason became fan favourites on Game of Thrones after starring as husband and wife in the HBO series.
Joining the Game of Thrones stars will be Melissa McCarthy, Sarah Paulson, Keegan-Michael, Key KiKi Layne and James McAvoy.
Laura Dern, Samuel L. Jackson, Stephan James, Javier Bardem, Angela Bassett and Chadwick Boseman are also taking to the stage to present.
Earlier this month, stars including Daniel Craig, Chris Evans and Jennifer Lopez and Whoopi Goldberg were announced as the first batch of celebrities to give out an award.
Meanwhile, Emilia is now preparing for the premiere of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones.
Promotional pictures were recently released, teasing the highly-anticipated season which airs in April.
The British star uploaded a snap of her character, the Mother of Dragons, with a smile on her face whilst staring out of shot to her Instagram account.
Dressed in an extravagant outfit, complete with elaborate shoulder pads and a criss-cross design on the front, Emilia looked every inch the stunning Queen.
Her icy blonde locks were styled in tousled waves which cascaded down her shoulders, whilst her fring was styled in a plait.
She captioned the teaser photo: “Guess whose back… back again. (Well almost).
“@helenstills you got that magic.”
Building momentum for the upcoming season, Emilia added: “@gameofthrones you ready people?! @hbo #motherofimissthathairalready #season8 #gameofthrones #DADADAAHHHHHHHH #theend.”
Emilia’s 18.5 million followers went into a meltdown over the Daenerys Targaryen snap.
One fan commented: “April can’t come soon enough… soooo READY !!! #winterishere.”
Another fan predicted: “One of the main characters is going to die for real.”
A third thought the picture gave a spoiler away and said: “Ahhhhhhhhhhh she looks so in love! I’m ready to cry my eyes out!!!!”
Another teaser pictures sees Daenerys next to Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) as they prepare to fight the White Walkers in the north.
Game of Thrones season 8 premieres on HBO on Sunday, April 14.
