Holly Willoughby has thousands of fans who love watching her on daytime TV.

Tonight the star will present Dancing on Ice with Phillip Schofield

Known her her fabulous figure, Holly appears to have lost some weight in recent years.

The presenter has previously revealed that she tries not to focus on her weight so an not to encourage an unhealthy body image in women.

Speaking to Prima Magazine in the past, she said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

A TV insider has previously revealed what Holly eats behind the scenes at work.

They said: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body,” a source said.

“So she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.

“You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”

The Mirror reported that Holly has spent time toning up her stomach, arms, and legs, with Pilates exercises.

Owner of Body Control Pilates, Lynne Robinson, trained with Holly, and told the paper: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.

“Holly had postnatal mat work classes, which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”

She added: “The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”

Dancing on Ice contestant James Jordan’s weight loss has impressed many. 

James and his wife Ola both set their sights on slimmer figures.
