Joy Villa wears controversial barbed wire pro-Trump 'wall' dress at Grammys 2019

Joy Villa made an entrance at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards when she arrived at Staples Centre, Los Angeles in a Donald Trump inspired outfit. The 27-year-old singer sported a bizarre barbed wire ensemble, which depicted the wall the US president intends to build along the US-Mexico border. On the red carpet, the songstress removed her metallic cape to reveal the white frock she was wearing underneath. Her gown had the words “Build the wall” sprawled across the back of it in large red letters.

While the front and sides of the material were designed to resemble bricks.

Contorted barbed wire were added to the shoulders of her garment, in keeping with the theme of the wall.

Also, Joy appeared to take inspiration from the Statue of Liberty as she had long metal spikes in her hair.

The American artist also carried a red handbag which bore Trump’s famous slogan: “Make America great again.”

Her accessory perfectly matched her manicured nails, which were coated in scarlet nail polish.

To complete the get-up, Joy added several pieces of jewellery, including a chunky bracelet and diamond necklace.

Celebrities, including Nicole Graylon were out in full force for the prestigious event, celebrating talent in the music industry.

Nicole wowed in a Grecian-esque gown, which featured cut-outs on either side of her ribcage.

While making her entrance on the red carpet, the brunette beauty’s short train swept across the fabric surface.

Her dazzling frock had a daring thigh-high split, which drew attention to the stunner’s long, lean pins.

The halter-neck number ensured she flashed plenty of flesh, as well as showing off her toned arms.

What’s more, the garment clinched in at her waist to emphasise her svelte frame and phenomenal physique.

She completed the stylish look with a pair of strappy heels, which were adorned with small diamantés.

Nicole also wore several delicate rings on her fingers and donned drop-earrings for added glamour.

In addition, her long raven tresses were slicked back and left to cascade down her back to allow the outfit to take centre stage.

But her make-up was dramatic, as Nicole sported a thick coating of mascara and plumped her pout with deep purple lipstick.
