Stacey Dooley: ‘I can’t take it’ Strictly star calls pro Aljaz ‘offensive looking’

Stacey Dooley, 31, regularly updates her Instagram followers with glimpses of the stars behind-the-scenes on the Strictly Come Dancing Live! tour, and it was no different when she posted a short clip alongside pro Aljaž Škorjanec, 28, where she jokingly called him “offensive looking”. As the pair laughed while backstage on the tour, Stacey filmed her dance partner who gave a smouldering look as he stared into the camera. She then said: “I can’t take it.” Aljaž quickly looked across at his co-star, as he sheepishly replied: “Sorry, I didn’t know you were filming.”

Stacey began to sing: “His beauty and his grace. He’s Mr United States.”

As he stood closer to the journalist, the pro continued to pose for the camera before making a silly face with Stacey also following suit.

She captioned the cheeky Instagram clip: “@alijazskorjanec…offensive looking.”

The Strictly Come Dancing Live! tour will soon be coming to an end as the performers are set to perform their last few shows in London this week.

Stacey is widely known for her explosive documentaries and recently took to Twitter to make a big announcement.

The Strictly winner responded to a fan who asked when the star will be back with a new documentary.

The person wrote: “We need a new @StaceyDooley documentaries and we need them now.”

The journalist retweeted the post and admitted she can’t “wait” to back filming.

She replied: “Start filming end of the month. CAN’T WAIT TO GET BACK TO WORK.”

On top of a new documentary, the star will also be fronting a new show called Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star on BBC Three later this year.

The new make-up competition will be judged by Global Make-Up Director for L’Oréal Paris, Val Garland, and Global Senior Artist for MAC, Dominic Skinner.

It seemingly appeared Stacey has attempted to get on top of her busy work schedule as she posted an Instagram story where she is getting her hair and make-up done, whilst working on her laptop.

She captioned the short video clip: “When you’ve got a show in Wembley, a deadline for first piece for @graziauk and @comicrelief flights to secure.”

Her co-star Dianne Buswell can be heard chuckling as she films the champion, commenting: “All happening, hair, work, make-up. This is the life…girlfriend.

“No rest for the wicked!”

Strictly Come Dancing Live! tour ends on February 10 at London’s 02 Arena.
