Coronation Street spoilers: Carla Connor KILLED by Abi Franklin in Peter Barlow twist?

In upcoming episodes on Coronation Street, Abi (played by Sally Carmen) will spend the night with Peter (Chris Gascoyne) and become besotted with him.

As she falls for Peter, she begins to feel as if her life is falling into place but her happiness doesn’t last too long.

Peter reveals Gail (Helen Worth) and Nick (Ben Price) want him to move his boat, which they have both been working on.

Furthermore, he has been offered the opportunity to sail around Kefalonia, which means he will be soon leaving Weatherfield.

Abi is left heartbroken as she fears Peter will leave her behind and sail off alone.

Fearing she will be left to deal with her problems alone, she hits the bottle to cope.

But that’s not the only thing which is troubling Abi.

She’s concerned Peter is still in love with Carla (Alison King) and is hoping they will rekindle their romance.

Abi will turn her anger to Carla and lash out at her for not letting her ex move on.

Peter will be left taken aback by how Abi handles the situation and reaches out.

He suggests Abi accompany him on the trip but will she accept?

Even if she does go, Abi could end up finding herself sailing with someone who doesn’t truly love her.

Or could Abi goes as far to try and kill Carla to get her out of her way once and for all?

Elsewhere in Weatherfield, Norris Cole (Malcolm Hebden) will be returning very soon.

Rita Tanner (Barbara Knox) was left heartbroken when she learned Norris is selling The Kabin.

She was even more annoyed when she learned Brian Packham (Peter Gunn) and Cathy Matthews’ (Melanie Hill) would be purchasing it.

Norris will certainly have a lot to answer for when he returns to the cobbles.

Teasing his return, Dolly Rose Campbell, who stars as Gemma Winter, said actor Malcolm, who took time off following a heart attack, “looks great”.

She told the Daily Star: “He looks great. He is looking really healthy. He’s really well.”

Coronation Street continues tonight on ITV at 7.30pm & 8.30pm.
