The 2015 showdown between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks drew in a record-high 114.4m viewers Stateside.

Tom Brady triumphed that year and will be gunning for the trophy once again when the Patriots go head-to-head with the Los Angeles Rams.

Tonight’s broadcast will come via CBS, as opposed to NBC or Fox.

It will be the 20th time CBS has aired a Super Bowl.

Jim Nantz will be on commentary duty with former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo alongside him.

Super Bowl TV channel (UK)

Supporters will be spoiled for choice this evening with two broadcasters airing coverage of the game on TV.

The game officially kicks off at 11:30pm UK time but fans won’t want to miss the pre-game build-up including analysis and the national anthem.

BBC One will air build-up from 10:45pm with uninterrupted coverage lasting until the end of the game.

Sky Sports customers can tune into Sky Sports Main Event, USA or Mix to enjoy all of the action.
