Man Utd boss Solskjaer SPOTTED in France at match hours after Leicester win… this is why

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer saw his Manchester United side win for the ninth time in 10 games in Leicester this afternoon, but was spotted just hours later in Lyon.

Solskjaer, and his assistant boss Mike Phelan were there to watch Manchester United’s Champions League opponents Paris-Saint Germain.

United host PSG in the Champions League round of 16 on February 12, before making the trip to Paris on March 6.

Earlier in the day, Marcus Rashford scored the only goal of the game as United bounced back from a disappointing home draw with Burnley in the week.

Former Norway international Solskjaer left the ground immideatly after full time in order to make the clash, in which former United played Angel Di Maria scored the opening goal.

The United boss said after the Leicester win that he was happy with three points, but admitted that his side were far from their best.

“We know we can play better, but you can’t play fantasy football all the time,” he said.

“We fought for our mates next to us, we put our heads on the line, we put our bodies on the line.

“It was a great defensive performance from within the box.”

Rashford himself insisted that he is still trying to improve, despite hitting new heights under Solskjaer.

“We keep trying to improve,” Rashford explained.

“The last result [2-2 draw against Burnley] wasn’t what we wanted and we need to improve.

“It was a different game with difficult challenges so to get the win was very good.”
