The Grand Tour season 3 spoilers: Jeremy Clarkson KNOCKED DOWN as stunt goes awry

Jeremy, Richard and James will be investigating the new breed of European pick-up truck, hoping to take on American and Japanese version.

The Grand Tour trio are challenged with testing their trucks over a series of tasks built around the stages of life in the developing world.

They start with rural subsistence, the toppling of a dictator, the descent into civil war and the blowing up of a helicopter.

However, Jeremy ends up in a sticky situation with the first challenge on the Amazon Prime series.

Talking to the camera, Jeremy announces: “I’m using this Volkswagen Amarok to drive a pump from the well to the community allotment.

“In fact, I can hear the water coming now.”

But Jeremy is soon overpowered by the force of the water coming through the hose and he quickly loses control.

“Sh*t! Woah!” he exclaims as he is knocked to the floor and loses control of the pipe.

The next scene shows it has taken on a mind of it own as it spurts out water moving wildly on its own.

“How do you get that back?” Jeremy asks of Richard Hammond.

“I don’t know! You set it free!” he replies. “You’ve made it angry!”

The “dictator” referred to in the synopsis for the episode turns out to be none other than Jeremy himself.

James is tasked with brining Jeremy down, that is the giant cast of his head which has been made into a statue.

“Right, down you come,” James announces as he drives the car forward and Jeremy’s likeness makes its way toward the floor.

For the challenges, Jeremy has a Volkswagen Amarok, Richard has a Ford Ranger and James has the new Mercedes X class.

The best pick-up is decided upon everyone, except from James.

Jeremy will also be seen at the Eboladrome to test the near 600 horsepower Jaguar XE Project 8.

Meanwhile, Jeremy has revealed there could be plenty more seasons of the car show.

He told Radio Times: “My head’s filled with enough ideas for five years.”

The Grand Tour episode 4 will be available on Prime Video from tomorrow.
