James Jordan reveals 'big bust-up’ with Dancing On Ice co-star Gemma Collins ‘She’s upset’

James Jordan, 40, has been wowing viewers on the ITV series Dancing On Ice 2019 but it appears the two big personalities have clashed behind-the-scenes. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional has admitted he had a “big bust-up” with the reality star recently as she tends to get “carried away”. Speaking to Best Magazine, he said: “Gemma and I had a big old bust-up the other day – I felt she was in the wrong about something.” However, the pair have managed to put their differences aside as the outspoken star revealed the TOWIE regular has since apologised.

He continued: ”She said, ‘You know what? You’re right.’ And she apologised to everyone concerned.

“That takes humility. What can I say… she gets carried away when she’s upset.

“On another note, didn’t she look stunning at the NTAs?”

The pair’s disagreement comes just one week after Gemma had an on-air spat with judge Jason Gardiner.

She accused the ice panellist of “selling stories” about her after Jason branded her “lazy”.

And, this week it appeared the two had put all the drama behind them after Jason gave a positive critique for her skating routine on Sunday night.

He said: “It’s amazing when you drop the GC and you come in and apply yourself, you improve. There was an improvement here.”

Meanwhile, James recently took to Instagram to share his last minute practise routine on the ice rink alongside Coronation Street actress Jane Danson, 40 ahead of Sunday night.

But the professional dancer could not help but compliment his fellow co-star as she showed off her figure skating skills.

James told the soap star she had developed a “skater’s bum” as he filmed the star on the ice.

He said: “So I’m on the practice rink just me and Jane Danson and I’m going to chase her now.”

Jane could be seen kicking her legs out side-to-side as she skated ahead of James.

He shouted: “Look at her go, look at those legs. It’s right what they say you’re sartingto get a skater’s bum, Jane.”

Unsure of what he meant, Jane laughed: “What does that mean?”

To which he replied: “I think it’s a good thing because people keep talking about this skater’s bum.”

It appeared the extra practice paid off for James came in second on the leaderboard scoring 31.5 for his routine alongside professional skater Alezandra Schuaman.

Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday on ITV at 6pm.
