Over the past year, he has taken NXT by storm, giving fans the opportunity to give him a sizeable pop if he makes his debut at Rumble tonight.

Another possible scenario could arise if Becky Lynch loses to Asuka for the Smackdown Women’s title.

In a possible defeat, Lynch could then show up and win the Royal Rumble which could lead to her challenging Rona Rousey to a WrestleMania match.

However, there is also a chance that Lynch could win both matches which would be the ultimate career highlight for the wrestling star.

During an interview on WWE Now Becky Lynch announces her goal to main event WrestleMania 35 and how she thinks going head-to-head with Ronda Rousey is looking extremely likely.

She said: “Here’s the thing. I don’t know how that’s gonna happen because tomorrow, I’m fighting for my SmackDown Women’s championship.

“So I don’t know what that means. I don’t know how we get there. But by god it’s gonna happen.”

Lynch was defeated for her SmackDown Women’s Championship at TLC in a match where she has previously never suffered a single pinfall.

A lot is at stake for Lynch as whoever wins title matches at the Royal Rumble has the opportunity to represent their brand at WrestleMania.
