Arsenal boss Unai Emery is keen to wave goodbye to Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey so he can bring in players to “transform the club”, Gary Neville claims.
“It does not surprise me that Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey are on the way out,” Neville told the Daily Mail.
“Emery wants players that can transform the club so he has to be able to ship players out, to be able to correct things.
“It is like a cultural shift, a big mentality shift. But he needs to do that and needs time.”

Paul Pogba would only ‘improve’ at Barcelona, Real Madrid or Manchester City, his brother Florentin claims.
“When my brother leaves Manchester United, there are only three clubs he can go to to improve: City, Real Madrid or Barca,” Florentin told AS.
“He’s not going to go to City, so he’ll come to Spain: to Barca or Madrid.
“When he was at Juventus, he could have gone to Barcelona, but he was determined to return to Manchester United, where it hadn’t worked out for him first time round,” he added.
“There was also movement [over a transfer to Madrid] when [Zinedine] Zidane was in charge, but he had his heart set on going back to England.”

Harry Redknapp claims Eden Hazard WANTED to join Tottenham before he completed his move to Chelsea.
He said: “I went over to Lille four times, but the first time I saw enough, I knew.
“I kept turning up trying to actually meet with him. I watched to have a chat with him.
“Eventually I met with him in a hotel and spent an hour or so chatting with him.
“I was over there all the time.”

13:10 UPDATE: Barella open to Man Utd move
Nicolo Barella is open to joining Manchester United if the Red Devils table a bid.
The Cagliari midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with Chelsea also keen on the 22-year-old.
And Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport claim United are now in the running for the Italy international.
They add that both Cagliari and Barella would find it ‘impossible to say no’ should United make a bid.
12:55 UPDATE: Arsenal swap deal
Arsenal could land Juventus goalkeeper Emil Audero in a swap deal involving Aaron Ramsey.
Italian outlet Calciomercato claim Juve are desperate to land Ramsey, who is a free agent at the end of the season, this month.
And the Italian giants are willing to include Audero, 22, in a swap deal for Ramsey.
Audero is currently on loan at Sampdoria from Juve, making 19 league appearances.

Chelsea have snubbed a loan offer from Juventus for Andreas Christensen.
The defender is out of favour under Maurizio Sarri, however, the Italian is unwilling to let the 22-year-old leave.
And Tuttomercato claim Juve wanted Christensen on loan for the remainder of the season.
However, Chelsea snubbed their proposal, despite Christensen’s lack of game time.

Barcelona have opened talks with Man Utd star Juan Mata.
Goal say Barca are keen to sign the playmaker this summer.
Mata, 30, is out of contract at the end of the season, meaning he could head to the Nou Camp for free.
However, Juventus and PSG are also chasing the Spain international.

Liverpool have contacted Brescia owner Massimo Cellino over Sandro Tonali.
“Yes, Roma asked me for Tonali,” Cellino told Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport. “But I have to keep him as long as possible.
“Is he ready? I do not know, he’s 18 years old. But a little while ago, Liverpool also contacted me.”
Liverpool are keen to beat their competition to Italy Under-19 midfielder Tonali, 18.
