Susanna Reid: Good Morning Britain host shares cheeky post branding Piers Morgan 'dodgy'

Susanna Reid, 48, retweeted a post Lorraine Kelly recently shared on her Twitter account, poking fun at Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan. After the National Television Awards on Tuesday night, Piers uploaded a photo of himself posing with his female co-stars. In the snap, the 53-year-old journalist is seen standing behind stars including Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins. However, part of his face is obscured by Susanna and Kate’s heads and his body is barely visible, as he is covered by the presenters.

He captioned the lovely photograph: “Proof that we have the hottest show on TV… @GMB @CharlotteHawkns @ranvir01 @susannareid100 @kategarraway @Lauratobin1 #NTAs.”

Later ITV stalwart Lorraine, 59, commented on the picture, describing the father-of-four as a “dodgy looking” and said he spoilt the image.

She wrote: “Stunning beautiful intelligent women – but who’s that dodgy looking wee fella photobombing them and spoiling the photo?”

The remark received more than a thousand likes in less than 10 hours and had nearly 50 retweets during that time.

One of the people who shared the post on their Twitter account was Susanna Reid, who looked glamorous in the picture.

The mother-of-three wore a sparkling gown for the night celebrating the best in British television on January 22.

Her frock featured a daring keyhole cut-out in the centre of her chest to reveal a generous amount of cleavage.

Also, the metallic garment clung to her figure, highlighting her incredible weight loss, as well as her womanly curves.

Smiling as she posed for the paparazzi, the broadcaster looked thrilled to be at the event in London’s 02 Arena.

She sported a coating of make-up, consisting of lashings of mascara, winged eyeliner and a slick of crimson lipstick.

Susanna’s pout perfectly matched her manicured nails and her brunette tresses were worn down in tousled waves.

Meanwhile, Piers donned a black two-piece suit, which he paired with a crisp white shirt, slim tie and dark shoes.

On the night, the TV personality seemed disappointed after Good Morning Britain lost the award for Best Daytime Show to This Morning.

When Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s ITV show was announced as the winner, Piers was spotted pulling a miserable face.

But then he burst out laughing and went to shake their hands as they made their way to the stage to collect their trophy.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am.
